The past is gone, the future didn't come, but Today is a gift, that's why it's called present

Sometimes we feel sorry for what has happened, sometimes we are so worried about the furture that we can't even live the present. And now I'm looking to the past facing that what I loose. It's hard to deal with somethings, but the only thing to do is to stand up, look to the future and to live today. Everything happens for some reason even when we can't understand it.
